• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself.

4. User Content

4.1 You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit through Belmood.

4.2 By submitting content, you grant Belmood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the app.

4.3 Belmood reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold Belmood and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
